The Art of Healing
"Avoid food products containing ingredients that a third-grader cannot pronounce.”

- Michael Pollan

Nutritional Counseling

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the old saying, ”you are what you eat” is very true. Food is the first line of therapy in Chinese medicine. However, not all foods are created equal for all individuals. Some medical conditions may be due to intolerance of certain types of food such as dairy, spicy foods, and carbohydrates.  The goal is to help you identify those foods that compliment your physiology’s unique needs and reducing those that may have negative impacts.

Nutritional Supplements/Herbs
Linda may recommend nutritional supplements/herbs to provide another level of support in the journey of healing. She recommends herbs from Health Concerns, Wei Labs, Microbiome Labs and essential oils from Snow Lotus.
