As a fully bilingual, Certified Consulting Hypnotist, Reiki Master Teacher, and Certified Stress Management Coach, Sandy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Holding a Science degree in Public Health from the University of West Florida, her diverse background in traditional medicine, coupled with her experiences as a certified emergency medical technician (EMT) and nursing assistant, adds depth to her holistic approach. Passionate about empowering individuals, Sandy employs a personalized integrative approach, combining various therapeutic modalities. Her courses in Reiki, Self-Hypnosis, and Stress Management Techniques are designed for both private individuals and small groups, providing practical tools for transformative self-discovery and healing.
